What are the shipping costs?

Shipping will be calculated once your order is packed. With changes in freight costs we have experienced a rise in prices however we always strive to keep our costs as low as possible and offer the best customer service.

I am a retailer. Can I buy stock at wholesale prices?

Yes, if you are a retailer and would like to stock our products please contact us via email at enquiry@nicerteas.com.au.  We will call you at the earliest opportunity.

I'm a customer. Where can I buy your products?

If you are a consumer and would like to know where you can buy our products, please email us at enquiry@nicerteas.com.au with contact details, product and your suburb and we will get back to you with your nearest stockist.

I'm a supplier. Will you buy my stock?

If you are a supplier/producer and would like Nicerteas to help in distributing your products, we would love to hear from you too.

Can restaurants, cafes and hotels buy stock directly?

Nicerteas is able to offer wholesale pricing to Retailers, Restaurants, Cafes, Hotels, etc.. To receive our wholesale pricing you must first register for a wholesale account, we will then review the application and give you access to our separate wholesale on-line ordering system.
